DELIVERY

Delivery

We receive our products direct from the manufactures to our Lincolnshire warehouse once a month. Depending on your paid order and our in-stock inventory, some items can be shipped right away.

Items in stock:
Will normally be delivered within 3-4 days of payment.  You will be contacted within 24hrs by our delivery company who will arrange the delivery which is suitable to you.

Ordered Product:
Items purchased on an order basis will normally take 6-8 weeks of the order date these items are made to order.  Full payment must be made when ordering. If you have any questions with delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packing:
Our product is separated into two parts or more, easy to carry, save transportation space and freight. As for Trucking, we ship our steam spas and saunas on pallets for extra safety. Please make sure when you received the products, it is palletized.
